Former Montreal Expos infielder Jamey Carroll on the risk of being drilled by hard-hitting teammate and Hall of Famer Vladimir Guerrero during batting practice:

“I used to worry about that all the time in Montreal with that hard turf we had there. When Vlady came up to hit in BP, everybody just stopped taking ground balls and waited until he was done."
